  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and destination country.

  • Shipping Charges:
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or shared separately for wholesale orders.

  • Customs & Duties:
    Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applied by their country.

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

return & exchange policy

Return & Exchange Policy

At Extension Fashion, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the hygienic nature of human hair products, we follow a strict return and exchange policy.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, uninstalled, and in its original condition

  • The cuticle seal is intact

  • A return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

Used, altered, dyed, bleached, cut, or installed hair products are not eligible for return.

🔄 Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only in case of:

  • Incorrect product sent

  • Manufacturing defect (must be proven with clear photos/videos)

Exchange requests must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Used or installed hair extensions

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Products damaged due to improper handling

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval

  • Approved refunds will be completed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
