  • We ship worldwide through our trusted logistics partner, DHL Express.

  • Orders are processed within 4–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom and bulk orders may require additional preparation time.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days depending on destination.

  • A tracking number will be provided once the shipment is dispatched.

  • All products are securely packed to maintain quality during transit.

Missing Items

  • An unboxing video (without pause or cuts) is mandatory as proof for any claim regarding missing products.

  • Claims without proper video proof will not be eligible for refund.

Unsatisfied with the Product

  • If you are not satisfied, we offer a full refund or replacement.

  • The product must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition.

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery with clear photos/videos.

Returns

  • Customers must contact our support team before returning any product.

  • Return instructions will be provided after approval.
